cello lessons

a bit of background

I have been playing the cello for over 20 years and teaching both group lessons and private students for 10 years. Although I am more versed in the traditional/fiddle world of music on the cello, I have studied classical music as long as I have been playing and can offer beginning and intermediate classical training to my students through the Suzuki method.

My approach to teaching is that of positive encouragement and feedback, offering a safe space for learning and growth, and above all, finding joy in learning and playing music!
